Worship Director — Crossway Christian Church

Multi-site organization · Greater Nashua, NH

Operations, budget, procurement and delivery for a program producing a live event every week across up to three sites.

• Own operations for a program running 51+ live events a year across up to three sites: planning, scheduling, budget, vendors, and coordination with 10–12 of a 20-person staff.
• Own a ~$10K budget (influence over ~$16K across two departments), and directed $6,000+ in equipment procurement — evaluating options, selecting vendors, and standardizing on one manufacturer to simplify support.
• Build the internal systems the operation runs on — scheduling, budget models, documentation and training — designed to hold up with 15–40 rotating part-time volunteers.
• Led platform migrations at two sites from hardware to software control, including programming, documentation and training for non-technical users.
• Covered a third site during a staffing gap, flagged the model as unsustainable with the operating data, and advocated for the restructure that fixed it.
• Built the automation the role now runs on: an MCP server against the scheduling platform's API, an expense-reporting automation, and a nightly database sync.

Audio-Visual Technician — PSAV

• Set and struck AV for corporate conferences and events — up to 5–6 events in a busy week, in rooms seating up to 400.
• Worked irregular hours against hard client start times, troubleshooting live while the event was happening.

Pool Technician — Arntson Pools

Ran an independent daily route: cleaning, water chemistry, and supply pickup. Trained new technicians; otherwise unsupervised.

Worship Leader — Northrich Baptist Church

Weekly rehearsal and live delivery with a volunteer team; scheduling in Planning Center Online.

Worship Arts Intern — Woodcreek Church

Designed an inventory and storage system across six rooms; led services on rotation.

Interim Children's Media Assistant — Woodcreek Church

Led the migration from Keynote to ProPresenter, including setup and volunteer training. My first platform migration, at nineteen.

Prepared client websites for development: WordPress installation, plugin configuration and handoff.
